The Chapter Room underwent many aesthetic improvements. The drop ceiling used to hide two layers of crumbling ceiling -- in some places, the lathe was exposed. We removed the drop ceiling and restored the ceiling above it. Also, we removed the faux wood panelling and replaced it with wainscotting and sheet rock.
