The front porch railings were in very bad shape. Most of the front was rotting and had to be replaced. Additionally, we needed to install a wheelchair ramp to get to the front door. The railings had a false start, since they were originally milled incorrectly. As a result, we got more historical railings (the goose necks) than we had originally planned, without the additional cost.
